Overview

How it is designed to work

Most happy customers mean to leave a review and never get around to it. Unhappy ones sometimes say nothing until the review is already posted. This planned service is designed to help with both, honestly.

Review and reputation workflows are not available yet. When the service launches, it would send fair, consistent review requests to customers after a job, organize the feedback that comes back, and alert you to problems so you can respond. It would never fabricate reviews, filter who gets asked, offer rewards for positive ratings, or promise a particular star rating. There's no launch date to share. If you're interested, you can tell us at sales@vyybe.co.

What it looks like

A walkthrough of the intended experience

For example, here's how the workflow is designed to look for an illustrative plumbing business once the service is available.

  1. A job is marked complete

When a job is closed in the tool you use, the workflow would note that the customer is due a review request.

  2. Every eligible customer is asked

Each customer would get the same neutral request, by email or by text only if they've agreed to texts. The request would link to the review platform and would not ask how happy they are first.

  3. One gentle reminder

If there's no response, one reminder could go out after an agreed gap. Opt-outs and STOP replies would end further requests.

  4. New reviews are collected

Reviews posted on connected platforms would be gathered into one view so you don't have to check each site.

  5. Problems are flagged

Low ratings or reviews that mention a complaint would trigger an alert to you, so you can follow up with the customer directly.

  6. You write the replies

Suggested reply drafts could be prepared, but you would review, edit, and post any public response yourself.

What it does

What it is designed to do

  • Consistent review requests

Is designed to ask every eligible customer the same way, not just the ones expected to be happy.

  • Channel and consent rules

Would send by email or text based on what each customer has agreed to, with opt-out handling built in.

  • Platform-aware links

Would point customers to the platforms you choose, following each platform's rules for requesting reviews.

  • Review collection

Would gather new reviews from connected platforms into one place where the platform allows it.

  • Problem alerts

Would notify you when a review or private feedback suggests something went wrong.

  • Reply drafts

Could prepare draft responses for you to edit and approve before anything is posted.

  • Simple reporting

Would show requests sent, reviews received, and open issues, without inventing trends.

What it can do for you

Why it can help

  • More customers get asked

Requests that depend on someone remembering often don't happen. A consistent process would make sure each eligible customer is asked.

  • Earlier warning

Alerts would help you hear about a problem sooner and respond while it can still be fixed.

  • Less site-hopping

Reviews from several platforms would be visible in one place.

  • A clean record

Because requests would follow platform rules and ask everyone fairly, your reviews would reflect real customers. No result or rating is guaranteed.

Who it's for

Is this a good fit?

  • Local service businesses that finish jobs regularly and rely on reviews to win new work
  • Owners who want to ask for reviews consistently but don't have time to do it by hand
  • Teams that want to hear about unhappy customers before it becomes a public problem
  • Probably not the right fit if you're looking for guaranteed star ratings, review filtering, or ways to remove legitimate negative reviews

How we work

From first conversation to a working setup

  1. Register interest

Since this service is planned, the first step is letting us know you're interested at sales@vyybe.co. We'll follow up when we can scope it.

  2. Discovery

We'd look at how jobs are closed today, which platforms matter to you, and what consent you have for email and text.

  3. Scoping

We'd agree request timing, wording, channels, alert rules, and who handles replies. Scope and price would be confirmed in writing.

  4. Setup and review

We'd connect to your job or CRM tool, set up requests and alerts, and have you approve all message wording before launch.

  5. Launch and check-ins

We'd switch it on, check that opt-outs and platform rules are being followed, and adjust as needed.

FAQ

Questions owners ask

Is this available now?

No. Review and reputation workflows are planned and not available yet. We're not giving a launch date. If you want to hear when we can scope it, email sales@vyybe.co.

Could it only ask our happy customers?

No. Asking only customers you expect to be positive is called review gating, and it misleads people reading your reviews and breaks many platforms' rules. The service is designed to ask every eligible customer the same way.

Can we offer a discount for leaving a review?

Not through this service. Offering incentives for reviews, especially positive ones, can mislead customers and break platform rules. We'd keep requests simple and neutral.

Will this improve our rating?

We can't promise that. The service is designed to make asking consistent and to flag problems early. Your rating depends on your customers' real experiences.

What happens with a bad review?

You'd get an alert so you can contact the customer and respond. A draft reply could be prepared, but you would decide what gets posted publicly.

Interested when it launches?

Leave your details and we will let you know when it is ready. No commitment.
