Overview

How it is designed to work

This service is planned and not available yet. It's designed for businesses whose visitors leave with questions nobody answered. When it launches, a chat assistant on your website would answer common questions from content you've approved, collect the details you need from new inquiries, and hand off to a person when that's the better option.

The assistant would be honest about what it is. It would say it's an AI if asked, never claim to be a person, and stay inside the answers you've signed off on. Vyybe has built a similar chat assistant for its own website, designed to answer from our site content and never quote prices. That experience shapes how this service is designed.

What it looks like

A walkthrough of the intended experience

For example, here's how the assistant could work for a plumbing business once the service launches. This is an illustration, not a real client.

  1. A visitor opens the chat at 9 p.m.

A homeowner lands on the site after noticing a slow drain. They open the chat and ask whether the business handles drain cleaning in their town.

  2. It answers from approved content

The assistant confirms drain cleaning is a listed service and that their town is inside the service area. It doesn't promise a time or quote a price.

  3. It asks a few qualifying questions

It asks what's happening, how urgent it feels, and the best way to reach them. The questions are ones you chose, so your team gets what it needs to follow up.

  4. It captures the inquiry

The visitor leaves a name, phone number, and email. The assistant explains the team will be in touch during business hours and that any price is confirmed by the team.

  5. It flags what needs a person

If the visitor had described water pouring through a ceiling, the assistant would follow your urgent rules and show your phone number for an immediate call.

  6. Your team picks it up in the morning

The inquiry arrives with the chat transcript and the visitor's answers. Someone calls back already knowing the details.

What it does

What it is designed to do

  • Answers approved questions

It would answer from your services, hours, service area, and FAQs. Anything outside that would be routed to a person.

  • Qualifies inquiries

It would ask the short set of questions you choose, such as job type, location, and timing, so leads arrive with context.

  • Captures contact details

It would collect a name and a way to reach the visitor, and create an inquiry for your team.

  • Offers a clear next step

It would point visitors to the right action: leave details, call you, or use your contact form.

  • Hands off to a person

When a visitor asks for a human, has a complaint, or describes something urgent, it would pass them to your team or show how to reach you.

  • Respects your hours and area

It would know when you're open and where you work, and set expectations honestly about when someone will respond.

  • Keeps a transcript

Every conversation would be saved with the inquiry, so your team sees exactly what was asked and answered.

What it can do for you

Why it can help

  • Questions get answered at any hour

Visitors who arrive after hours could get approved answers instead of an empty contact page.

  • Better-prepared callbacks

Inquiries would arrive with the job type, location, and timing, so your first call is more useful.

  • Less back-and-forth

Common questions could be handled up front, leaving your team more time for real conversations.

  • Honest expectations

Visitors would know they're talking to an AI and when a person will follow up.

  • A clear view of what people ask

Transcripts would show which questions come up most, which can help you improve your website copy.

Who it's for

Is this a good fit?

  • Businesses whose website gets visits outside office hours
  • Service businesses that need a few key details before they can follow up
  • Owners who answer the same pre-sale questions again and again
  • Teams that want inquiries in one place with context attached
  • Probably not the right fit if your site gets very little traffic, or if most inquiries need detailed technical advice before anything else

How we work

From first conversation to a working setup

  1. Discovery

We'd look at your website, your most common questions, and what your team needs to know before following up.

  2. Scoping in writing

We'd agree the approved answers, qualifying questions, hand-off rules, and where inquiries go. Scope and price are confirmed in writing before work starts.

  3. Build and connect

We'd set up the chat on your site, load the approved content, and send inquiries to your email or the tools you already use where practical.

  4. Review and test

You'd try the assistant yourself, including off-topic, price, and urgent questions, and approve how it responds.

  5. Launch and refine

After launch, you'd review transcripts and we'd adjust answers and questions within the agreed scope.

FAQ

Questions owners ask

Is website chat available now?

Not yet. This service is planned. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll be honest about timing. We don't give launch dates.

What happens if a visitor asks something it doesn't know?

It would say it isn't sure and offer to collect their details so a person can answer. It's designed not to guess.

Will it quote prices?

Not unless you approve the exact wording. By default it explains that pricing is confirmed by your team.

Does it replace my contact form?

No. It would sit alongside your form and phone number as another way to reach you. Some visitors will always prefer a form or a call.

Where do the inquiries go?

Usually to your email, with the transcript attached. Connecting to a CRM or other tool may be possible and would be agreed during scoping.

Interested when it launches?

Leave your details and we will let you know when it is ready. No commitment.
