Editing, captions, formatting, and scheduling with approval steps.

Delivery

Boundaries

Automatic posting depends on each platform's account setup and API permissions.

Overview

How it is designed to work

Most business owners have plenty of material: photos from jobs, quick notes, customer questions. Turning that into regular, polished posts is what takes the time. This planned service is designed to take that raw material and handle the editing, captions, formatting, and scheduling, with your approval before anything goes out.

This service is not available yet. What follows describes how it is designed to work when it launches. Details may change, and we don't give launch dates. How it will be delivered is still to be confirmed.

Automatic posting depends on each platform's account setup and API permissions. Where a platform doesn't allow it, the workflow would prepare the post for you to publish yourself. Scope and price would be confirmed in writing after a short scoping conversation.

What it looks like

A walkthrough of the intended experience

Here's an illustrative example of how the workflow is designed to run, for example for a landscaping company with a phone full of job photos.

  1. You drop in raw material

At the end of the week you would upload a handful of photos and a few rough notes, such as 'finished patio in the north side, client loved the stone'.

  2. Drafts are prepared

The workflow is designed to crop and adjust photos for each platform, write caption drafts in your voice, and suggest a posting schedule.

  3. You review and approve

You would see each draft before it goes anywhere. You can edit, approve, or reject it. Nothing posts without your approval.

  4. Scheduled or handed back

Approved posts would be scheduled on platforms where API permissions allow automatic posting. Where they don't, you'd get the finished post ready to publish yourself.

  5. A simple record

You'd have a log of what was approved, when it posted, and where, so nothing goes out twice or by accident.

What it does

What it is designed to do

  • Photo and video tidy-up

Is designed to crop, resize, and lightly adjust images and short clips for each platform's format.

  • Caption drafting

Would draft captions in your voice from your notes, without making claims you haven't approved.

  • Formatting per platform

Would adapt length, hashtags, and layout to suit each platform.

  • Approval queue

Would hold every draft in a queue until you approve, edit, or reject it.

  • Scheduling

Would schedule approved posts where each platform's API permissions allow it.

  • Publishing log

Would keep a record of what was approved and posted, and where.

What it can do for you

Why it can help

  • Less time on posting

Is designed to cut the time spent turning raw material into finished posts.

  • More consistent presence

Regular, approved posts would help your profiles stay current without a scramble each week.

  • You stay in control

Nothing would post without your sign-off, so your voice and claims stay yours.

  • Use what you already have

Built around the photos and notes you already collect on the job.

Who it's for

Is this a good fit?

  • Owners who take photos of their work but rarely get around to posting
  • Businesses that want a steady, honest social presence without hiring a social media manager
  • Owners who want to approve everything that goes out under their name
  • Probably not the right fit if you need this today, since it isn't available yet, or you want full community management and replies handled for you.

How we work

From first conversation to a working setup

  1. Register interest

Tell us you're interested. We'd talk through your platforms and the material you have. No commitment, and no launch date promised.

  2. Scoping when available

When the service launches, scope, platforms, and price would be confirmed in writing.

  3. Setup

We'd connect the accounts you choose, check each platform's API permissions, and set your approval preferences.

  4. Trial run

A first batch of drafts would be reviewed together before regular scheduling begins.

  5. Ongoing

Regular batches through the approval queue, with adjustments to voice and formats as you go.

Scope

What's included, and what isn't

Typical scope. Exactly what's included is confirmed in writing for each project.

Typically included

  • Photo and clip editing for each platform's format
  • Caption drafts in your voice
  • Approval queue for every post
  • Scheduling where platform API permissions allow
  • Log of approved and published posts. Final scope would be confirmed in writing.

Not included

  • Paid social ads, which are a separate service
  • Replying to comments and messages, or community management
  • Professional photo or video shoots
  • Automatic posting on platforms that don't permit it through their API
  • Guaranteed followers, engagement, or leads

What you'll provide

  • Photos, short clips, and notes from your work
  • Access to your social accounts, which you own and can revoke
  • Your voice and any words or claims to avoid
  • Timely approval or edits on each batch of drafts
  • Permission from customers before featuring their property or likeness, where needed

Safeguards

  • A publishing log would show what was approved and posted.
  • No fake reviews, testimonials, or claims you haven't approved.

FAQ

Questions owners ask

Can I sign up now?

Not yet. This service is planned and not available. You can tell us you're interested at sales@vyybe.co, and we'll talk it through when it's ready. We don't give launch dates.

Will it post automatically?

Only where a platform's account setup and API permissions allow it, and only after you approve each post. Where automatic posting isn't allowed, you'd get the finished post to publish yourself.

Will the captions sound like me?

That's the intent. Drafts would be based on your notes and voice, and you can edit anything before approving it.

Does this include running ads?

No. Paid campaigns are separate services, such as Meta Ads, delivered with specialist partners.

What will it cost?

Pricing isn't set. Scope and price would be confirmed in writing after a short scoping conversation once the service launches.

Interested when it launches?

Leave your details and we will let you know when it is ready. No commitment.
